MB Penthouse is Shirley Labo’s rental website. This page explains how we use information from website questions and our internal owner text alerts. Updated October 11, 2026.
When you ask a question
We receive the name, email address, optional phone number, trip details and message you enter. Shirley and family members helping with the rentals use these details to answer you and discuss your stay. Please do not send payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through this form.
FormSubmit processes the question form and delivers the email to Shirley’s Yahoo inbox. Its spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA. Our hosting and form providers may also process basic request information to operate their services and prevent abuse.
Owner text notifications
Our optional internal alert workflow uses Make to process the submitted question and trigger a short notification through Twilio. Twilio receives the owner’s approved phone number and a generic “check your email” message. We do not put the guest’s question or contact details into the text.
Submitting a guest question does not enroll you in SMS. Only Shirley’s approved owner number receives these alerts. Owner SMS consent information and the recipient’s number are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Make and Twilio receive the information needed to provide the alert service.
Records and requests
Questions and replies are kept in the family’s email records, and service providers may retain delivery or workflow records under their own policies. Email shirleylabo@yahoo.com to ask about information you submitted or request its correction or deletion. We may need to retain records related to an existing booking or other required records.
Bookings on other services
Airbnb and any connected booking service have their own privacy policies and booking terms. A website question does not reserve dates or confirm a stay. The website question form does not collect payments.
